James H. Williams covers the UCLA football team for the Orange County Register and the Southern California News Group.
He’s been covering the team since the 2019 season when Chip Kelly was in his second year as head coach.
Williams not only writes about the Bruins but also serves as co-host for two podcasts: Bleav in UCLA Football and Something’s Bruin.
Williams joined SCNG in 2013 and is now an Assistant Sports Editor with an emphasis on digital content.
Aside from writing for several publications throughout his career, he has also co-hosted a radio show and a live-to-tape television show.
